Return Policy

  • All in store returns made within 2 days in the original packaging will be given a full refund.
  • Once a rack or accessory has been installed it cannot be returned.
  • All returns must be assigned a return authorization number (RA#), call us to get one.
  • No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.
  • Returns on product in the original packaging with all original installation manuals are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be made within 10 days of original purchase.
  • Refunds will only be credited back to the original purchaser with the original payment method.
  • Original proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Any damage or missing packaging will result in a deduction from the credited amount of the return.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all returns are packed, tracked, and insured properly.
  • All shipping on returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted under any circumstance.
  • Returns are not permitted on any final sale or discounted product.
  • Any packages refused by the purchaser are subject to the above terms plus any additional shipping charges incurred to Auto Racks.
  • An additional shipping fee of $100 will be also be charged in addition to the %15 restocking fee on all cargo boxes. These charges will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card.
